Are your products really handmade?
Yes! All Little Moose products are handmade by me, Stana, from our home! 

Where are the products made and dispatched from?
Wellington, New Zealand.

What currency are your prices in? 
New Zealand Dollars (NZD). GST is included

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
As items are often made to order, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Your orders will arrive 1-3 days after being picked up from the courier for domestic orders. International orders may take up to 10 days to arrive depending on the courier companies. 

What are the shipping costs?

How can I track my order? 
If your order is sent with tracking, you'll be sent an email with tracking information in it when it is dispatched.
